Cancelling

Cancel from My account → Orders any time before the parcel is handed to the courier. The money goes back to how you paid.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn items with their tags can be returned or exchanged for another size within 7 days of delivery. Sarees, dupattas and leggings cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

Send us a photo through Support within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.

Refund timing

We issue the refund when the return is approved. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.
